On March 9, the signing ceremony of the school-enterprise cooperation between Jiangsu Tianying Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. and Shandong Luzhou Electric Power Technical School, a subsidiary of Huada Education Group, was held at the CNTY headquarters in Hai'an. Wang Peng, Vice President of China Tianying (online), Luo Guihua, Executive Vice General Manager of Jiangsu Tianying Environmental Energy, and Qian Wei, General Manager of the Comprehensive Department of Jiangsu Tianying Environmental Energy, attended the ceremony.
At the meeting, Liu Xiaohui, Chairman of Huada Education Group, introduced the campus distribution, teaching and research, discipline curriculum, students and other basic information of Huada Education. He pointed out that the school-enterprise cooperation project was located in Shandong Luzhou Electric Power Technical School, hoping that in the future, under the management concept of Huada, the two parties can be more practical, more open and more integrated, and continue to explore new ways of cooperation between industries and education.
Wang Peng expressed his recognition of the education concept of Huada and expressed his concern about the current labour shortage and the potential lack of blue-collar talents in the future. He hoped that through the cooperation, the theoretical research would be closely integrated with the industry, and that this would serve as a platform to expand the cooperation, promote the high quality and high efficiency development of the company, and at the same time facilitate Huada Education Group in its pursuit of "double first-class”goals.
The successful signing of the contract with Huada Education Group is an important step for Jiangsu TianYing Environmental Energy to promote its school-enterprise cooperation methods in cultivating talent, which will provide more comprehensive and better quality talent support for its future development.
