On August 11, Gu Jiadi, Party Secretary of Chongqing Electric Power College, led a five-member delegation to visit the headquarters of China Tianying, and had a discussion with CNTY on deepening school-enterprise cooperation and alumni career development.
Secretary Gu Jiadi introduced the school's development history, curriculum design and external cooperation, and said that the trip aimed to reach a quality cooperation project with CNTY and send more quality graduates to the company.
Xiao Xuebing, Assistant to the Chairman of China Tianying, welcomed the visiting delegation on behalf of the company, and introduced the recent business development of CNTY, saying that in the continuous development of CNTY's domestic and overseas business, more excellent professionals and technical talents are urgently needed.
Wang Peng, Vice President of China Tianying, spoke highly of the teaching achievements of Chongqing Electric Power College. He suggested that the school should consider the recruitment needs of small power units and environmental protection power plants, open comprehensive majors, add more targeted courses in environmental protection and wastewater, and focus on the cultivation of students' foreign-related professional abilities to meet the overseas employment needs of enterprises.
Zhao Yalan, General Manager of the HR Department of China Tianying, gave an in-depth introduction to the talent cultivation system of CNTY and discussed the career development path of alumni in the company. In addition, the two parties also had further discussion on topics such as personnel shortage and talent structure optimization of China Tianying.
