On May 25, 2017, the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between China TIANYING Inc. and China CITIC Bank Nanjing Branch was held at China TIANYING Inc. Vice President Cheng Jian on behalf of China TIANYING Inc. and Deputy Governor Hu Bing on behalf of China CITIC Bank Nanjing Branch signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement. Yan Shengjun (Chairman of China TIANYING Inc.), Lu Jingen (Governor of China CITIC Bank Nanjing Branch) and others attended the ceremony.
The Strategic Cooperation Agreement is signed to enhance mutual trust and cooperation, establish a future-oriented comprehensive strategic partnership and promote cooperation and exchanges in more business areas.
Both parties held talks before signing the Agreement. Chairman Yan Shengjun extended heartfelt thanks to China CITIC Bank for the support for the development of China TIANYING Inc. He also said that China TIANYING Inc. will take this signing ceremony as an opportunity to further enhance the basic aspects and strive for development with the help of the comprehensive financial services platform provided by China CITIC Bank to realize a mutual sharing and win-win situation.

He also said that both parties embrace a common value and recognize each other. In the future, China CITIC Bank will fully implement the strategic cooperation thought in such aspects as financing credit, group account cash management, supply-chain finance, investment banking service, financial services, international trade services, asset management services and capital market financing service.
